Aaahhh… The perfect blend of oolong and black teas. Golden Monkey is a rich, dark and malty black tea. It is created by picking only 1 leaf and 1 bud from each plant. While this is one of the highest quality black teas you can get, it’s flavor can be a bit overwhelming to the less defined tea palette. If you would like to mellow out you Golden Monkey
, try adding some good Jasmine
tea. You will still get a rich dark tea, but now it will be accented with the spicy flavor of Jasmine
. This makes a wonderful holiday tea.
