White Peony, known locally as Pai Mu Tan, is a very relaxing cup of tea. It has a very complex, gentle flavor that will really be appreciated by those with a more refined taste. It brews to a very light yellow and has an aroma that reminds me of a warming spring day.

It can take a while to become accustomed to the very mild flavor of white teas. They are much milder than all other teas. They also have the benefits of having almost no caffeine and are rich in antioxidants.

White peony is the most complex white tea in the world. Made from the spring picking of white tea buds and two lower leaves, in Fujian Province, China. Natural sun-drying makes the tea soothing and gentle on even the weakest stomachs. High in antioxidants and extremely low in caffeine - drink it any time of day or night.

This is very subtle white tea that has been enjoyed for ages. Even with the unusually long steeping time for a white tea, Sang Yang brews to a very light yellow with an airy natural flavor. The taste is very similar to its green neighbor, dragon well.

Song Yang SerenadeSong Yang Serenade has been harvested and brewed in China since the Tang Dynasty. Around 618 - 907. If you have a delicate palette for teas, especially white teas, your sure to enjoy Song Yang SerenadeSong Yang Serenade.

If you like teas with a light blueberry taste, this is the tea for you. This fruity tea mix is nearly caffein free and is a great end of the day drink. It’s also blueberry good.

The general idea with this type of tea mixture is to take any nice white tea and mix it with your favorite fruity herbal tea. You always end up with a nice light tea with a lot of flavor.

A perfect night time tea. When it’s late at night, white and herbals are my teas of choice. They are full of flavor and lack the caffeine that would keep me up. This one is no different.

White TropicsAdagio Tea brews up a very pale yellow. It has a very mild smell that reminds me of passion-fruit. Yet the taste is closer to a coconut fruit drink. It’s nice hot, but I actually prefer this on cold.
