This is a sweet, light yellow green rea with a hint of twings. This might not sound to appatising, but it’s really quite nice. It makes what would be a fairly strong green tea, much milder without losing the wonderful flavor of the tea.

I’ve found that this tea benefits from re-steeping it several time. This helps release its full flavor as it refilters the tea.

I would recommend this tea to anyine who is new to green teas and isn’t looking for anything too strong, or to the tea conasor who is looking for something different.

Green tea from Japan that is an unusual combination of green leaves and thin white twigs. Twigs you say? Yes, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the results. A sweet infusion with herbal overtones and welcome hints of chestnuts. When feeling adventuresome, please give our “Kukicha Baton” tea a try. And revel in its unique, playful taste.
