Strangely sweet is perhaps the best way to describe this type of tea. This is probably best served cold, and can be great on a summer day.
In just 3 minutes Hibiscus brews up a dark red in color and is full of flavor. So much so, that I think I may have to try it mixed with a good black tea. I saw a version of Hibiscus Teahere.
