Spicy, Sweet and Tart - My Eyptian Mix

Teas
- 2 tsp Hibiscus
- 1 tsp Rose Hips
- 1 tsp Lemon Grass
- 1 tsp Spearmint
- 1/2 Stick Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Sugar
5 minutes at 180°
This is my new favorite tea drink. It taste like nothing I’ve ever had. It is based off of an Egyptian recipe I found. It’s sweet, tart, spicy and red-purple.
Heat some water to 180°. This is just before boiling. Mix with Hibiscus, Rose Hips, Lemon Grass, Spearmint
& half of a cinnamon stick. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain the tea. Then mix in the sugar.
I prefer to have this one ice cold, but it’s pretty damn good hot too.
