Song Yang Serenade
November 7th, 2005
Tea
7 minutes at 180°
This is very subtle white tea that has been enjoyed for ages. Even with the unusually long steeping time for a white tea, Sang Yang brews to a very light yellow with an airy natural flavor. The taste is very similar to its green neighbor, dragon well.
Song Yang Serenade has been harvested and brewed in China since the Tang Dynasty. Around 618 - 907. If you have a delicate palette for teas, especially white teas, your sure to enjoy Song Yang Serenade
